Why Gays Are Great Parents-

The Church has strongly opposed against the concept of gay adoption because they believe that such set-up would degenerate the sanctity of the family. However, research shows that this strong opposition by the church has no basis at all. in Fact, recent research focusing on gay and lesbian adoption shows that they are actually great candidates as parents. Why again? because they have great tastes in gadgets – gps and garmin.

Abbie Goldberg, a psychologist from Clark University found out from studies that gay parents tend to be more motivated and have more commitment towards parenting compared to their heterosexual counterparts. The reason behind this is the the fact that gay parents were parents by choice unlike most heterosexual couples who were 50% accidental parents.

Also, kids brought up by gay aprents are nurtured in an open-minded environment of gender tolerance. Not saying that heterosexual couples cannot provide such environment though.

One thing for sure, having gay parents bears no negative efects on a child’s social and cognitive development.
